When you book an appointment, we collect the information you enter in the booking form: your full name, phone number, the service you choose (and any optional add-ons), the staff member you prefer (if offered), the requested date and time, and any optional note. If you use the “Book via WhatsApp” button, the same information is sent from your own device to our WhatsApp number when you tap send. No payment card or bank account details are ever collected from you through this website.
We process this data solely to schedule, manage, confirm and, if needed, change or cancel your appointment. This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — it is necessary to perform the contract you request when booking a service with us.
Your booking data is stored in our own booking database and is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes. This salon does NOT currently require a deposit — no bank or payment details are shown or collected during booking. If the salon enables deposits in the future, the site will only display the SALON'S OWN business bank account as a QR code so you can transfer the deposit yourself — we would never collect your bank or card details. If our feedback form is enabled and you leave a rating below our satisfaction threshold together with your optional name and phone number, that message may be forwarded privately to the salon's email inbox using the email delivery provider Resend or Cloudflare Email — however, this salon has not yet set up a notification email address for this feature, so that email is not currently being sent. If you contact us via WhatsApp, that conversation is handled directly between you and WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) according to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
We keep your booking data for as long as necessary to manage our appointment schedule and customer relationship, and afterwards for as long as required by applicable accounting or legal obligations. You may ask us to delete data that is no longer needed.
This website uses one small, functional cookie to remember the language you selected. If you add services to your order on the /menu page, that selection is stored only in your own browser (localStorage) and is never sent to us until you submit a booking. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party advertising or tracking tool.
